Centenary of Durum Wheat Spaghetti 100% Tuscan: dried at low temperature to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of the wheat. The pasta is bronze-drawn to give it a rough and porous texture that enhances its quality and complements the sauce.

Drying Time:
The pasta is dried for 3 days (72 hours) at temperatures below 38° Celsius in static cells.

Centenary spaghetti is one of the excellent products of our production, created to honor 100 years of pasta making. "A good extra virgin olive oil, a bit of pepper, and a sprinkle of cheese, that's the best way to taste Centenary spaghetti," says Giuseppe Chelucci. Naturally, these spaghetti pair wonderfully with many different sauces, both simple and more complex: cacio e pepe, a flavorful meat ragù, or even with aglione as done, for example, in Tuscany. Even today, these spaghetti are hand-wrapped just as our grandmothers did over 100 years ago.
